These terms apply when you use the Coldest Water Jordan website or order through our WhatsApp service.
Products and prices
We sell authentic Coldest-brand insulated bottles and tumblers. Prices are in Jordanian Dinar and follow what is published on this website; they may change without prior notice.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed when we send you an order number. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing or data error.
Accepted payment methods: CliQ and Cash on Delivery. For CliQ, the order is approved after we verify your transfer receipt.
Delivery
The delivery fee is shown in your order summary before you confirm. Delivery times are estimates and are confirmed by our team.
Warranty and returns
Every bottle carries a warranty against manufacturing defects as described on this website. To report a problem, contact us by WhatsApp or email.
Messages
We send you messages about your orders. We send marketing messages only with your consent, and you can stop them any time by sending “stop”.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse our service or send abusive or unlawful content. We may stop serving a number that does.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
