Data we collect

WhatsApp: your phone number and profile name, the messages you send (text, photos of payment receipts, voice notes, shared locations), your order details (name, phone, city and address, products, payment method, delivery notes), how you found us, your rating of our service, and whether you agreed to receive marketing messages.

To take, fulfil and deliver your orders and contact you about them.

To answer your questions and give support.

To send marketing messages only if you agreed; you can stop them at any time by sending “stop”.

To improve our service and protect it from abuse.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers we need to run the service: the messaging platform, hosting, email and delivery providers.

How long we keep it

WhatsApp conversations are deleted after 90 days. Order and payment records are kept as long as accounting, warranty and legal obligations require.
