You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you from our website and WhatsApp service at any time.
How to ask
Email info@thecoldestjo.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and include the WhatsApp number you contacted us from.
Or send “delete my data” on WhatsApp from that number (+962 79 657 9472) and our team will contact you to verify.
What happens next
We verify the request comes from the owner of the number, then delete your conversations, attached files and contact details within 30 days at most and confirm to you.
Order and invoice records may be kept to the extent the law, warranty or accounting requires; personal details in them are minimised where possible.
You can also stop marketing messages immediately by sending “stop”.
